- (July 28, 2010) - CHANGE OF PRICE. As we have previously noticed at the cashier since May 25, we are very afraid that we will be adding 10 cents onto all of our handmade Musubi, Okazu and desserts from August 2 (Mon). Again, we promise that, using quality ingredients, we will continue to serve tasty and healthy handmade dishes for all of the customers.
- (June 27, 2010) - The next weekend's business schedule is as follows; July 3 (Sat) OPEN at 9 AM; July 4 (Sun / Independence Day) CLOSE; July 5 (Mon) OPEN at 9 AM. We welcome advance orders for Musubi!

- (June 6, 2010) - Please check the TV program, THE BEST THING I EVER ATE by Food Network, on 6/14 (MON) at 9 PM titled as "Regional Favorites". Our SPAM Musibi might be covered in a short segment reported by Ms. Aida Mollencamp, the Food Network personality.

- (November 11, 2009) - We are open on Nov. 26, THANKSGIVING DAY at 9:30 AM. Instead, we are close on Nov. 27.
- (November 9, 2009) - REMINDER!MORNING MUSUBI is now ready!! We are OPEN at 8:00 on MON-FRI welcoming many customers with our popular White-rice Musubi & Fresh-brewed ORGANIC COFFEE.
- (November 1, 2009) - MORNING MUSUBI!! From Nov.9 MON, we will begin opening at 8:00 on MON-FRI to sell our popular White-rice Musubi (Salmon, Teri-SPAM, Ume, Tuna &Mayo, Kombu, Shiso & Wakame and Veggie Curry Pilaf). Also, we will sell FRESH- BREWED ORGANIC COFFEE (100% Arabica: Brazil) for $1.60, which we individually brew to order with HAWAIIAN ISLES mineral water.

- (September 22, 2009) - We sell "Broiled Unagi (Eel)" White-rice Musubi for $1.50. Incidentally, the Unagi is from Taiwan.
- (September 16, 2009) - We sell "Mentaiko- Spicy Pollack Roe" White-rice Musubi for $1.50. This is one of the most popular Musubi-fillings in Japan.
- (August 27, 2009) - CHANGE OF BUSINESS HOUR! From September 1 (TUE), we are changing our business hour: OPEN at 9:30 AM - Sold out (at around 1:30 PM).
- (August 8, 2009) - Mainly on Saturday,on trial basis, we are selling some new salads such as "Red Potato, Egg & Broccoli", "Zucchini & Tuna" and "Cucumber w/ Imination Crab" utilizing Japanese seasonings (Miso, Japanese Mustard, Wasabi, Shoyu, etc.).
